Required Skills:
6+ Years of Experience using or implementing CDP
Minimum 2 Years of experience in maintaining CDP platform using Treasure Data
Experience in data and insights driven marketing environments with a strong understanding of the Marketing Technology stack including Marketing automation, Personalization, Segmentation, Analytics tools, and tag management systems.
Experience in data modeling and architecture. Excellent SQL skills.
Knowledge or experience of data visualization is a plus (e.g.; Power BI, etc.)
Knowledge or experience in cloud technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, etc.), ETL processes and API integration is a plus.
Have experience working with Big Data technologies (such as Hadoop, Cassandra, MongoDB, etc)
Some level of understanding or experience in AI/ML in Python or SQL.
Have experience in Digdag, Hivemall etc.
CDP implementation experience with Treasure Data or any other CDP CDP
Experience working with Agile Methodologies (e.g., Scrum).

- Digital Urth is seeking a Customer Data Platform (CDP) Specialist to be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) that will build, implement, and scale architectural designs for customers' data and in the marketing domains. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of marketing technologies to be able to integrate CDP into consumer-facing applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with stakeholders and different teams from the organization to collect data, identify gaps, and create functional requirements.
- Architect requirements and create a product roadmap based on the data collected.
- Create document user cases, products, and supporting data requirements.
- Build and standardize templates and processes for functional requirements, use case validations, and data specifications.
- Champion customer data platform workshops and user adoption.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in CDP, data-driven marketing, analytics, and digital transformation.
- Proven work experience in data architecture and data modeling; preferably with experience working in CRM, paid media, social, and offline data.
- Ability to set strategic direction and drive execution through collaboration with a cross-functional team.
- Proven track record of managing successful CDP initiatives and delivering capabilities that drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills to facilitate complex concepts and stakeholders' meetings.

- The Customer Data Platform (CDP) specialist is responsible for the execution and management of audiences and journeys built in our CDP. This role fully supports the Digital Marketing efforts to grow and engage the Digital Urth customer base. The CDP specialist will have experience understanding marketing requirements, analyzing customer data to make audience recommendations and building experiences within a CDP.
You should be creative and analytical with large data sets from multiple data sources. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, yet remain grounded to ensure compliance, standards and goals are met. You should have strong verbal, written and communication skills. You work well with marketing and technology teams on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
- Business Partnership: Support requirement capture workshops with marketing stakeholders for Omni-channel customer engagement strategy. Support inbound audience requests from business stakeholders.
- Audience Management & Activation: Build campaign audiences in CDP, set up audience journeys, review with stakeholders and activate the audiences across marketing channels.
- Data Governance & Hygiene: Support Data Quality efforts, including the collection and maintenance of complete, consistent and compliant data. Execute data validation, and perform UAT on new builds
- Build to scale: Partner with IT & Ops to build new integration endpoints with clearly articulated User Stories, roadmap and implementation plans. Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologies by partnering with technology teams.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, marketing analytics & data strategy
- Extensive hands-on experience with a CDP (ActionIQ/Salesforce/Adobe etc) to build and enrich customer profile for omnichannel marketing.
- Strong technology, analytics and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in SQL/Query languages.
- Technical understanding of Marketing Automation tools (Marketo/SFMC etc), Salesforce CRM, Advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook) is highly desirable.
- Produce high quality and quantity of work product, occasionally under tight timelines.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, statistics, engineering, economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience successfully implementing technical projects in customer and marketing related areas such with CDP (Customer Data Platform used for Marketing), DMP (Data Management Platform), Master Data Management platforms (MDM) that focus on customer domain or related data platform.
- Experience using or implementing CDP (e.g., Adobe Experience Platform, Segment, Tealium, Amperity, Salesforce CDP, etc.)
- Experience in data and insights driven marketing environment with a strong understanding of the Marketing Technology stack including Marketing automation, Personalization, Segmentation, Analytics tools, and tag management systems.
- Experience in data modeling and architecture. Excellent SQL skills.
- Knowledge or experience of data visualization is a plus (e.g.; Datorama, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Knowledge or experience in cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, AWS, etc.), ETL processes and API integration is a plus.
